Policyholder data, handled the way it should be

A book of business is sensitive by nature - names, policies, claims and identity documents. RESPADE is built to hold it carefully, and to tell you plainly what's collected, how long it's kept and who can see it.

What's collected

Only what's needed to run a book of business - policyholder and dependent details, policy and claim records, and the KYC or policy documents you choose to store. RESPADE doesn't collect data unrelated to servicing your clients.

How long it's kept

Records are retained while your account is active so you can service and renew. On account closure, data is removed within a defined retention window, other than what regulation requires be kept - and you can export your book before you go.

Who can access it

Access is scoped by role. An agent sees their assigned clients, a team lead sees their team, and an agency admin manages the whole account. Client and document data is never visible beyond the roles that need it.

How it's protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are stored access-controlled, and system activity is logged so changes to sensitive records can be traced.

Role-based access

Everyone sees exactly what they should

Sensitive client data shouldn't sit open to a whole agency. RESPADE scopes every view to a role, so access matches responsibility.

Agent

Their assigned clients, renewals, claims and documents - and nothing beyond their own book.

Team lead

Their team's combined book and performance, without agency-wide administration.

Agency admin

Account-wide access, user management and the audit trail across the whole agency.

Compliance posture

We state our security posture honestly and only claim what is actually in place. RESPADE is built with encryption, access control and audit logging as foundations.

No overclaiming

Where a formal certification is in progress rather than complete, we say so. If you need specific assurances for your own compliance obligations, ask us and we'll give you a straight answer on current status.

Security questions welcome

Need specifics before you bring your book across?

Ask us anything about how data is collected, stored and accessed - we'll answer plainly, on current status.
